To ensure a seamless and restorative experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies prior to your visit.

Appointments & Cancellations
ÉCRIN has a strict cancellation policy for our appointment-only services. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full service fee will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to accommodate other clients. 

Skincare Purchases
All skincare product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is an issue with the packaging. If you experience any concerns with your purchase, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Studio Environment
At ÉCRIN, we strive to maintain a tranquil environment where each guest can fully relax and unwind. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children.

Parking
Street parking only - Street parking is available and plentiful on our surrounding streets - King Street, Simmons Street, and Poplar Street. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes prior to your appointment time to find parking and settle in.
